Now in our third decade of service, our clients face even more complex technical challenges. And we bring 20+ years of accumulated industry and technology practices to the table!

Development Process
Depending on your project objectives and specific requirements, we select the most suitable method to deliver the best results. Typically, we utilize an Agile methodology for managing development projects, following an iterative pattern:
- Initial analysis, requirements gathering and quoting
- Planning, mockup creation and project details specification
- Development and submission for approval/feedback
- Comprehensive product testing
- Implementation, stabilization and training
Logical Imagination communicates with key management contacts throughout all stages of a project, providing reports as desired.
Engagement Models
Depending on the project, we offer two engagement models:
- Fixed Price
This model works best when your project has clear requirements, deadlines and resources can be clearly defined and technical documentation is already available or can be properly defined. - Time & Materials
This model works best when your project specification doesn't exist or has insufficient details, when deadlines are not yet clear or when technical documentation is unavailable or cannot be properly defined.
