| Job Objective: |
Maintain the sales, marketing and customer service aspects of Logical Imagination's technical consulting, training, hosting and software/web development activities. |
Essential Job Functions:
- Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the technology training, consulting, software/web development, web hosting and technical support industries.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, prospects and potential resellers.
- Assist in the development and execution of an effective marketing plan to inform potential customers about the technology consulting, training and development services available through Logical Imagination.
- Organize and write content for newsletters, press releases, product announcements, promotional literature and other marketing and sales materials.
- Execute marketing and promotional activities related to Logical Imagination services and software products, which includes cold calling and actively forging new customer relationships.
- Establish and maintain resource files, both paper and electronic, on industry trends, training vendors and competitors, courseware providers, clients, potential clients and other marketing materials.
- Identify opportunities and analyze feedback on current services in order to provide new service definitions or corrective action processes as required to meet client needs.
- Assess client's needs and prepare proposals for competitive bid processes.
- Maintain documentation of all business contacts, assistance provided and subsequent recommendations.
- Deliver presentations to interested businesses or groups concerning the services of Logical Imagination, the benefits of computer literacy, and/or the importance of various types of technology solutions.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports summarizing activity.
Minimum Requirements:
College degree in Business or other appropriate field.
Technical skills/knowledge in computers and/or programming preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a variety of employment settings and to carry out job duties independent of direct supervision.
Valid driver's license and ability/willingness to travel.
