Live Courses Support

Everything you need to know before your live course

This page covers practical details for attending our scheduled, instructor-led live courses. If you have questions that are not answered here, we are always happy to help.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM LIVE COURSES

How our live courses are designed

Logical Imagination’s live courses are interactive, instructor-led learning experiences. They are designed to help you understand concepts, ask meaningful questions, and apply ideas to real work.

You can expect:

  • Live instruction, not pre-recorded videos
  • Opportunities for discussion and questions
  • Examples grounded in real work situations
  • Clear explanations that focus on understanding, not memorization

Live courses are designed to support learning, not rush through material.

ATTENDING A LIVE ONLINE COURSE

How to join

Before your course begins, you will receive an email with:

  • The session link
  • Start and end times
  • Any preparation instructions

We deliver live online courses using reliable, widely supported platforms. You do not need special software beyond a modern browser and a stable internet connection.

If you have trouble joining, contact us and we will help you get connected.

Technology recommendations

For the best experience, we recommend:

  • A stable internet connection
  • A headset or earbuds to reduce background noise
  • A quiet space where you can participate comfortably

You do not need to be on camera unless you choose to be, but participation is encouraged.

COURSE MATERIALS

How materials are provided

Course materials are provided digitally. You will receive access to any relevant handouts, exercises, or reference materials during or after the session.

We design materials to support understanding and later reference, not just note taking.

If a course includes follow-up resources, those will be shared after the session.

SCHEDULING AND ATTENDANCE

What if I cannot attend a session I registered for?

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please contact us as soon as possible.

Depending on availability, we can:

  • Transfer your registration to a future session
  • Apply a credit toward another live course

We understand that schedules change and try to be reasonable and flexible.

Can I attend a course more than once?

Yes. If you are registered and space allows, you may attend a future session of the same course as a refresher. Many learners find this helpful when applying concepts to new situations.

GROUPS AND TEAMS

Can teams attend together?

Yes. Many organizations register small groups for scheduled live courses.

If you are registering a larger group or want a session tailored to your organization, contact us to discuss private or custom delivery options.

AFTER THE COURSE

What happens once the course ends?

Learning does not stop when the session ends.

Depending on the course, you may receive:

  • Follow-up resources
  • Reference materials
  • Suggestions for next steps or reinforcement

If you are interested in reinforcement, blended learning, or on-demand support, we are happy to talk through options.

SATISFACTION AND SUPPORT

What if the course does not meet my expectations?

We take learning quality seriously. If you feel a course did not meet your expectations, please reach out so we can discuss next steps.

We want learners to leave with clarity and confidence.
