In the early 1990s Logical Imagination's founder, Deb Fierst, coined the term "collaborative training" to describe a unique approach the firm took to training corporate clients.
Within the collaborative training model, the emphasis is placed on the client's business needs, rather than a pre-determined curriculum. The result is a workshop in which students produce "real" work in labs rather than mere "pretend" exercises.
The bottom line for clients has been better comprehension, better retention, and better production. For Logical Imagination, the bottom line has been happier clients and long-term relationships.
