Training

What experience should I have before attending a class?
	Prerequisites are listed on our course outlines. Outlines can be accessed on this site or can be faxed or emailed upon request. If you are still unsure about prerequisites after reviewing the course outlines, please contact the Logical Imagination office for assistance.
Will you conduct a special class just for my group?
	If you have three (3) or more students who need a class, we will conduct onsite training at your facility or setup a custom online class just for your group. Please contact us for a quote.
Will a class be canceled or rescheduled because there aren't enough students registered?
	Classes will not be canceled or rescheduled due to low enrollment. However, Logical Imagination reserves the right to cancel classes for any reason.
What is Logical Imagination's cancellation policy?
	Ten (10) or more business days before the start of class, classes may be rescheduled or canceled without financial penalty. More than five (5) business days and less than ten (10) business days before the start of class, classes may be rescheduled without financial penalty; however, cancellations will incur a 50% financial penalty. Less than five (5) business days before the start of class, classes may be rescheduled to a later date without financial penalty, but no refunds will be given for canceling a class. All cancellations must be made in writing (email is acceptable).
Do you allow substitutions?
	Substitutions may be made for any student for no additional cost or penalty at any time prior to the start of class.
What if the class I need isn't on the schedule, or the schedule doesn't work for me?
	If you don't see your desired course on the schedule, please contact the Logical Imagination office to make arrangements for scheduling the class you need. If a scheduled date doesn't work with your schedule, we will attempt to schedule at your convenience. And, if you have three (3) or more students, we will conduct onsite training at your facility.
How do I pay for class?
	We must receive a completed registration form plus payment. Logical Imagination cannot guarantee your seat until one of the following methods of payment is received: Credit Card - MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Cash, Check or Money Order
What makes Logical Imagination's classes better than any others?
	Our trainers! Logical Imagination trainers are full-time Logical Imagination employees who work as consultants and developers when they are not in the classroom. Experience with projects gives them an incredible wealth of examples for the classroom, so they are not merely "book" trainers. As a group, Logical Imagination trainers are provided with every possible opportunity to upgrade their skills, certifications and expertise, and they are accountable for their performance.
Who else does Logical Imagination train?
	Logical Imagination has served clients in every conceivable sector, and we've worked with organizations of all sizes. References are available upon request.
What if I am not fully satisfied?
	Participants complete course evaluation forms after each class, which allows us to monitor the quality of our training. If you are not pleased with a Logical Imagination training experience, you may take the class again within 60 days at no charge or receive a full refund.
